Chuyên môn: Environmental: - Management 5S team, maintain 5S rules in factories/ workplace. - Help director eligibility to receive the allowances 6S monthly, quarterly, to ensure the regime for employees, commendations and discipline. - Monitoring, waste separation, waste contract procurement and transportation of hazardous waste. Reporting to Government about Management hazardous waste each 6 months. Monitoring environmental on all documents. - Contact authorities on environmental issues, reporting quarterly environmental monitoring, environmental measurement procedures for annual labor and new issues arise. Fire protection: - Management of fire safety systems, monitoring Fire fighting equipment system inspection, contact with Fire Policeman train for Fire Fighting Team (annual), evacuation drill, make documentation, exits, fire safety. Planning, reminding test department in charge of fire fighting system. - Check, reminding workers and management department of fire prevention everyday. Combine with Fire policeman to training fire fighting for Fire prevent team at factory yearly. Safety: - Monitoring, reminders, employee training fulfills the safety regulations in the company (chemical safety, electrical safety, machinery safety, fire prevention) - Order PPE policy, PPE budget provide for worker on monthly. - Coordinate with Binh Duong Center Health and Labor Environment Department to survey and check labor environment at workplace. - Check every day in these parts, about the operation when using the machine, strict requirements on the use of labor protective gear while working. - Monitor and update the list on chemical safety information (MSDS). Allocation of protective equipment. - Monitoring equipment damaged, contact repair. - Combine with Maintenance, Production (Team leader, Supervisor) to do list all risk assessment on using machine, equip,..at workplace. Training: - Drafty and safety training, occupational health, chemical safety for new employees. - Contact authorities, training organizations and occupational safety for all employees base on Laws. - Training of the provisions of corporate customers, guide using the new machines at the company updates. Health: - Coordinate with a nurse about health care for employees, PR for medicine. - Combine with hospital check health annual for all employee. - Collect information about occupational health and safety. - Sampling and test drinking water each 3 months. - Participate in training sessions on health care. - Write report accidents when they arise, investigate accidents. Report on occupational accidents 6 months / years to Government. - Contract with hospital to train for First aid Team. - Check and ensure for all First aid Box enough medicine on fulltime.
