Chuyên môn: - Control and request subcontractors to comply with safety requirements based on JICA( Japan Internatinal Cooperation Agency) - Manage safety documentation of the project. - Prepare harzard identify and risk assessment based on Method statements for each stage of construction site. - Supervise and give advice to subcon’s safety activities: Safety Induction(for new worker), Tool box talk meeting(Daily), On Job training( for new worker or new job), monthly training. - Take pictures for violation activities and good practise also then make report. - Daily check site condition: safety compliance of workers, Personal protective equipment(PPE), tool and equipments, external scaffolding, hoist, signboards, access, barricade, house keeping, material arangement, opennings, guardrail… - Weekly safety inspection with HSE manager and consultant. - Monthly safety inspection with checklist: tools and equipments, Fire extinguisher, fist aid kit, site condition,… - Supervise risky activities: lifting and rigging, installation of steel structure, working at height, casting concrete, pile pressing,... Apply permit to work for those. - Check safety documentation of equipment and machine, certificates of worker. - Assemble emergency team, training and practise periodically. - Attend meeting with top managers and consultant, conduct safety meeting with subcontractors. - Receive comments of consultant and do improvement action. - Organize safety award every two month for staff and worker to recognize person properly complys with safety regulations. - Report to Project HSE Manager
