Monitor and control them to ensure construction in the progress. • Assign supervisors, foreman and team leaders for all the position. The duty, responsibility and power for them. • Review and check to ensure materials and drawings are correct. • Give instructions and control fabrication to accordance with safety, quality and progress. • Monitor, update and control schedule follow main schedule. • Attend weekly meeting to solve remain works to ensure the fabrications to accordance with safety, quality and progress. • Co-ordinate with engineer team, commercial team to ensure drawings and material for fabrication. • Co-ordinate with QC team, HSE team to ensure safety, quality and progress..
