Allowance (Toxic, attractive, hard work, position). . Intensive (attendance-5S, exsess capacity, industrial hygiene, encourage wages to work on Sundays). . Recruitment (make staffing requests, write job specifications and post on intranet). . Probation and deadline labor contract evaluation. . Promotion, transfer. . Regulation violation minutes. . Application for leave (annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, compensation leave …) and Application for resignation. - Support managers to ensure paperwork (discipline,…) meet with company rules. - Support staffs to make job description, up date revised job description. - Be responsible for attendance tracking of all production office staffs: working attendance, change working shift, working on Sunday for power cut, … - Update the Wood factory organization chart. - Making internal memo, annual uniform plan. - Supervise the cleaner team. - Record training courses, period of attendance and collect employees who have specialized training demands to take part in the suitable training courses. - Administration tasks: Making request of stationary and office supply, caring of office, phone card, meal, support and arrange transportation for employees …
