Chuyên môn: *** Duties **ADMINISTRATIVE - Tranlate in/out documents and internal labour regulation - Control office facilities: printer, photocopier, fax machine and air conditioners - Check & order lunch daily, feed back to partner when having problems and finding new provider - Check & procedure for payment rent factory and estate management fee, electricity, water, sewage… - Manage, order and make payment for stationery - Answer phone and tranfer tp appropriate departments - Welcome and invite guests, customers or partner - Manage and provide documents of the company for all department of the company as well as State agencies upon request - Check the cleaning of the company everyday - Contact, announce and send email to all staff at North, Central, SCP and Mekong about the new policies, announcements, their interest and the serial telephone card number evevrymonts ***HUMAN RESOURCES - Update all data files relate to payroll employment, pay wages to emloyees before the 31st everymonth - Make payroll for all staff everymonth - Procedures related to social insurance, health insurance and jobless insurance: make report to Social Insurance department evevry month; procedure of maternity allowance, illness allowance; register and reserving Social Insurance book for employee; collate the debt with Social Insurance deparment; remind the accounting to pay for Social Insurance just on time - Counting and make the report of PIT to Tax department everymonth; register PIT code by update to sofware and send to Tax department; procedures deductions family circumstances - Responsible for statistics about the number of employees per capita, report monthly rent and tax settlement in the last year. - Responsible for staff Timekeeper - Responsible for reporting to monthly, the number of existing labor, outcome on vacation for the year -Prepare contracts for new employees, contract extension and appendia contract - Support staff to open new bank account (after probation period) - Procedures for staff when resign - Consult and respond to the question of employee-related companies charge extra fields - Assist recruiter searching suitable candidates - Support the recruitment staff to contact candidates, schedule interview or interview candidates if requested - Making, keeping and updating personal records. - Maitain and provide accurate information/record and service of HR. Timely update of personal data in HR system. Responsible for opening, maintaining up- to-date, accurate and complete personel files/ reports - Participate & assist year end activities related to staff party - Others tasks assignes by Dept, head ***Achievements - Always complete all the duties which Head Dept. assigned - Always make the payroll without mistakes - Always make the report about headcounter, social insurance, PIT just on regulation times. - Helping some new employee integrate with the company and always make they feel comfortable and create good condition for them to work. - Help people closer together - Can solve the problem of employee successfully
