Chuyên môn: • Human Resources: + C&B (50%): - Handle the Social Insurance, Personal Tax Income (PIT) and all labor government reports of company. - Manage and control attendance and employee databases of company. - In charge of monthly payroll and control overtime record of all staffs. - Supervise the employee’s resignation process. - Answer the enquiries of employees about the payroll, policy and HR procedures. - Support HR Manager and BOD in decision of HR plan, internal policy and welfare. - Consult the BOD in solving the labor conflicts between company and employee which is not broken the Labor law & Company’s procedures. - Manage and corporate with other department to organize the indoor and outdoor activities of company. + Recruitment (30%): - Assist staff recruitment follow company procedure (job announcement through website, recruitment correspondence, candidate database) - Follow the probation time and process evaluation and labor contract as schedule. + Training (10%): - Co-ordinate with other department heads and Human Resources manager to organize the orientation trainings for new staffs. - Assist in screening applicants for establishment and development training programs or modify and improve existing programs - Review and evaluate training programs for compliance with good standards - Manage and develop training records • Administration (10%): - Work with travel agency for travel arrangement, visa, work permit, residence of staffs and guests - Set up and follow up the events, meetings, workshops and internal activities at the company. - Plan, control budget and manage the order and use of stationeries, cleaning kits. - Take responsibilities for solving all of common internal issues in the company.
