Chuyên môn: RECRUITMENT: -Planning and setting up the recruitment target in monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with respect to company development direction. -Estimating the annual recruitment cost, conducting effectiveness assessment of applying recruitment channels as well as seeking for alternative competitive recruitment methods. -Making monthly headcount report, recruitment process report in week/month/year basis, direct/indirect worker report. -Managing incoming personal documents, ensuring the accurate information at the root source, document storing system. -Managing other service during employee’s contribution. TRAINING: -Making TNA for employee. -Building the training policy. -Planning the monthly/quarterly/yearly training schedule with respect to labor law, customer’s standard and headquarter requirement. -Estimating the training cost for a year. -Conducting the training activities including orientation training, annual training, internal training, external training or training at the factory by invited third party. -Composing the training materials, training assessment test and annual re-assessment. HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT: -Building and promulgating the directives, policies, SOP, form, executive materials with respect to company trading business. -Building up the company wage scale. -Building up the benefit, talent retention, reward system and policy. -Managing and supervising implementation, company’s regulation compliance level assessment analysis in order to have suggested Corrective Action Plan and minimize the faults. -Supervising the discipline handling and implementation of dialogue at the workplace channels. -Having monthly KPI to planned target as well as using this indicator to assess each member in team. -Applying 5S in the management and implementation. -Building the Headcount for Department/Section -Establishing organizational chart, documents approval authorization, specimen signature. -Job description CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY: -Internal Audit, Customer Visit. -Organizing events, customer’s contact window. -Organising Fire Drill
