Labour Law – working with Labour Office such as register healthy card, unemployed insurance, social insurance, making labour contract. Tax Law, Banking Law, Contract Law, Trade Law, Business Law – supporting Sales Department and Accounting Department while contacting and drafting contract for customer or making tax report, Administration Law – taking over all paper work which get related to Administration Department. Beside, joining many social activities and some of soft skill’s classes which are organized by Support Student and Business Relationship Center such as Time Management Skill, Listening Skill, Communication Skill that all train me to be an active high self-discipline person.

Chuyên môn: Manage all the administration issues and services for the company activities, support other operations, including: - Greeting guest, arrange appointments and meeting rooms - Checking attendance/timesheets of staff members for absences and overtime working, file keeping - Purchasing office stationery, searching suppliers, comparing prices and choose the best supplier in order to purchase office equipment - Receiving phone and dealing with customer about ordering and making reservation - Dealing with the Bank about making ATM card for all employees, deposit money to customer. - Checking and making report output and input foods daily - Making Customer’s complaint report to the Manager - Translate all documentary and menu in English - Handle legal issues, licenses application, reports and contact with Authorities to make business registration, wine - business license, Safety Foods license. - Being in charge of payroll, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance as per law, recruiting and developing qualified workforce to align with Company’s business plan.
