Logistics: + Carry out all customs formalities for the export and import of the goods. And declare materials norms to customs office for the type of production of export. + Carry out all customs formalities for the import of the machine to set up new plants. + Tracking, daily report to shipping group about the status of these shipments shipped out + Coordinate and supervise the daily with production department to get information loading the goods to handle container in/out for both of exporting and importing, arrange forklift for unload importing. + Handle truck to receive the import goods from ports, airport and the local goods from supplier to warehouse. Purchasing: + Knowledge specialized in follow up importing order like seeking suppliers, sourcing samples, get information from BOM (Bill of materials) to arrange to order the goods with the best quality on time, establish PO, payment, arrange the time of delivery, ... + Checking any informations before ship out and support the related departments to fix shipment.
