Chuyên môn: • Follow up & control import and export procedures, to carry out improvement/ changes on procedures and systems. • Checking necessary documents for shipping (booking confirmation, invoice, packing list,…), customs clearance and follow up shipment schedule. • Forecast and control import & export shipping cost. • Negotiate with customs office on duty payments, difficult clearances, problem shipments. • Making liquidation, making reports to customs. • Working with forwarders and carriers for shipping process • Requesting and choosing the best price from forwarder to submit shipping cost together with advising ship mode to other departments (quoting, purchasing, customer service,…) for saving cost of company. • Working with Finance and Accounting Department for payment of product and freight cost. • Good communication with outside and inside parties: customs, customers, carriers, forwarders and other departments in the company.
