Chuyên môn: - Well knowledge of quality management system ISO 9001:2008. - Get certificate of internal quality auditor with a high grade. - Have knowledge of Seven QC tools, process audit, 3Q6S. - Prepare documents to respond to auditor of products certificated organization (UL, TUV, CSA, CCC), summarize findings if issue and follow up corrective actions. - Organize the meetings to discuss to relevant division about customer’s audit related problems and summarize pre-audit check sheet. - After getting audit results, capture critical problems, summarize Corrective Actions to submit to customer and follow up their maintenance. - Handling customer complaints: Investigate root causes when occurrence customer complaints and look for countermeasure to correct and prevent. - Finish 8D report to submit to customer and follow up corrective action and preventive action. - Make weekly report, monthly report, quarterly report about Shipment Inspection.
