Chuyên môn: *** Working Experience + From August/2006 to Feb/2007: Tutor (class 9, 12), part-time. + From March/2007 to April/2008: Collaborator of Vietnamnet INCOM Company, part-time. + From September/2006 to June/2008: Working in University’s Laboratory. + From September/2008 till now: Working for Vietnam Brewery Limited Company as Technologist II (Supervisor level), main tasks: - Control quality of raw material intake (malt, rice, hop…) => proceed trials to check raw material quality and adjust process parameters to adapt. - Evaluate material quality and supplier’s services. - Control brewhouse/fermentation/filtration process. - Co-operate with planning department to make production schedule. - Investigating and solving problems/customer’s complaints or process problems… - Attend commissioning extension projects. - Control/adapt process parameters to make sure the best quality products will delivered to customer (basing on laboratory’s data). - Attend Progressive Quality pillar as pillar member => Apply TPM tools in production to minimize defect => get highest productivity and quality. - Update and training production operator new measurement methods/tools… + During working time in VBL, I’ve had chances to attend some projects: - Launching new product (Tiger Crystal) in 2010. - Brewhouse extension in 2011. - New silo in 2011-2012. - Cellar extension in 2011-2013. - Increase filtration capacity in 2011. - Increase brewshouse capacity in 2012. - Installation and set-up Propagation Tank/Propagation recipe in 2011-2013. - Attend extract loss improvement team.
