This company have taken part in many lines of bussiness, investing in trading agricutural products (such as cashew nut, cassava), mineral exploitation (mining Titanium in Binh Thuan province), producing incense in Binh Dinh province… My major jobs as an member of legal-administrative division included following tasks:  Researching provisions of law for my company, particularly law for enterprices to consult Director and Board of management;  Composing documents such as resolutions of Board of Management, offical dispatch, minutes of meeting (meeting of board management or client) and other legal documents sent to State bodies;  Preparing facilities for meeting of Board of Management, meeting with client such as invitation letter, documents used to discuss and vote at meeting;  Registering amending lines of bussiness for company.
