Chuyên môn: - Issuing and proceeding international trading contracts - Searching and dealing with third party (shipping line, warehouse, inspection company ….) to have competitive price. -Ensure the procedures of import/export execute smoothly, documents issued accurate, to limit mistakes and loss. -Working on shipping documents, customs documents to deliver goods in warehouse and out of warehouse. -Manage the inventory/ stock to make sure the figures are correct and report quarterly. - Working with warehouse to plan for producing to meet delivery period of contract and make sure stock is always available. -Searching new suppliers , negotiate to have good offer and survey to verify and evaluate suppliers, make report quarterly. -Approaching new client, sending offer letter, negotiate terms and conditions in contract. -Support the potential suppliers in building and improving to develop sustainably with company. -Finding good suppliers, good services, dealing prices for goods offers from service providers. -Arrange payment for suppliers. -Monitoring all data of shipments as well as follow up until delivery at destination. -Recruiting and training new staff for team. -Motivate team member. -Organise activities for team building. -Evaluate performance of each team member. -Balance cost and expenses of logistic department, planning and suggesting solutions that can save costs for company. -Meeting with clients and suppliers to maintain good relationship. -Prepare file workflow clearly so that each new staff can master the job quickly. -Solving disputes (if any) related to damage, quality of cargo.
