Chuyên môn: From July/2011 to now, I have been working at Hull Piping section – Outfitting department – Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard: Receiving fabrication drawing, installation drawing, diagram drawing, maker drawing, standard. After that study, hand over to working about installation all piping system. Control about welding, installation pipe and testing system. Analysing matter to discuss manager and group leader to find best solution. Make design feedback, material feed back for improvement or in job have any problem. To control material, quality installation follow work standard. Applying ship owner, class inspection piping system during and after installation completion. Main control in inspection time and show them the working procedure. Especially, discuss to satisfy supervisor and clear all comment of them. Work together with service engineer to prepare and install hard system and equipment example: CO2 system, GRP system, Framo system… Communicating other section, other department to make weekly schedule, 2 months schedule, master schedule. Make new project presentation to all worker. Make presentation about installation work, standard to coworker. Control worker about man hour, budget man hour. Control and remind worker about safety, safety equipment, safety condition at work area. I understand about ship piping system as: Cargo oil, Valve remote control, Sea water fire fighting, Foam, CO2, Inert gas, GRP pipe, Ballast, bilge, F.O, D.O filling, Mooring winch and windlass hydraulic system, Hatch cover hydraulic system,… Also, I understand about Valve and Equipment on the system. I know well about welding. (CO2 welding, Tig welding, SUS material welding...) From August/2010 to July/2011 engineer at Machinery section – Outfitting department – Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard: Control to install all machinery equipment: Main engine, propeller, propeller shaft, intermediate shaft, generator diesel engine, pump, engine room crane, deck crane, windlass, mooring winch… Calculate then make form stern tube boss boring, stern tube bush machine, rudder bush machine data. Confirm step by step of machining and work. Make form and prepare all measurement data, drawing data, standard data then inspection with ship owner and class supervisor. Control during inspection time, Discuss to Ship Owner and Class supervisor about installation such as:  Measurement inspection before and after stern tube boss boring  Fitting inspection Stern tube bush, Propeller, Rudder stock  Alignment inspection Shaft and Main engine  Chock fast pouring inspection Steering gear, Main engine… Work together with service engineer Main engine erection, assembly, alignment during installation. Deck crane erection and assembly. Order and receive material after checking condition. Make feed back to maker if material have problem.
