Chuyên môn: Main duties :Responsible for all preventive maintenance work in the liquid, condensed and powder milk production lines: process area (pumps, vavles, storage tanks, mixers, homogenizers, sterilization systems, separators…), The filling systems ( TetraPak and CombiBlock systems), Packing areas (shrink wrap machines, carton packing machines, can packing machines, conveyors…) * Planning and deploying tasks:  Make monthly and weekly maintenance schedules base on the yearly maintenance schedule.  Deploy preventive maintenance work following the checklists : take and check spare parts, assign the tasks for each of maintenance staff, prepare all tools for dismantling and assembling machines.  Supervise all the activities during the maintaining time: solve problems, support to the staffs to finish their tasks, monitor the progress of work…  Test and fix all the machines after maintaining and hand over the devices back to production.  Accomplish the maintenance procedure: record the machine condition, report and put forward ideas on tough problems to the manager * Management tasks:  Manage, assign and control performing of maintenance staffs  Train for subordinates.  Monitor the status and running hour of all devices. Evaluate the machine condition and consider feedback from subordinates  Receive and manage all technical documents  Manage tools and make tools for maintaining work * Co-operation tasks:  Join to the improvement groups in the factory (TPM): reduce breakdown, rebuilt and upgrade the devices and spare part management systems (built new equipment codes and new spare part codes, modify checklist systems…)  Take part to solve big problems in the factory.  Deal with the suppliers to order spare parts according to technical documents  Co-operate with project department for installing new devices
