Set up objectives. Make and develop yearly marketing and communication plan. Make detailed plan, estimate cost for each campaign. Contact suppliers and negotiate with them for the best quotation and quality. Chose best supplier to sign contract. Make action plan for customer satisfaction improvement and customer care, manage CRM team. Execute promotion plans, advertising, POS, External and Internal PR, CEO PR, event, online marketing…and report after each campaign. Build up and maintain good relationships, regular contacts with media. Manage and execute internal PR by internal SMS/ emails to colleagues in the company’s Head Office and Branches to inform latest news, events and other activities. Co-operate with Sales team and other departments, branches to add in Marketing & PR plans and other activities. Work out PR plan for the whole year and PR booking plans on newspapers, magazines, websites with different topics and effective budget management. Prepare and ensure news, articles, interviews, speeches of General Director on corporate brand, products, technologies, and positive news exposure on media regularly with different creative PR angles. Organize press conference/ press trip/ press events/ press MB car test-drive tours and non-business meeting with media and company’s leaders. Budget planning and controlling, skimming and selecting sponsorship packages that accompany with company’s strategy. Manage and monitor communication agency for on-time booking and right media coverage. Update information on company’s website. Coordinate with sales team in sales related activities. Coordinate with Mercedes-Benz Mar-Com Department to organize marketing campaigns/ events/ advertising and communication activities. Initiate and support to colleagues in Celebrity Campaign: Collect information, make request, procedures and coordinate with MB PR team to creative activities, manage members and coordinate to work out PR plan for each celebrity to create new, interest topics that comply with the communication goal of Brand. Support and training company’s marketing staff (marketing team in head office and branches) in planning, report, event, PR, Advertising, CRM, DM, SMS Marketing, online marketing… and other marketing activities. Make quarterly and yearly marketing report to General Director and Mercedes-Benz Viet Nam. Follow up and report competitive activities and marketing trends. Execute other relevant jobs acording to directions of board of directors. Year 2006: Part-time Employee Event team - Marketing & Communications Department Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. 13 Quang Trung St., Ward 8, Go Vap Dist., HCMC Accountability: Assist Event Manager in recruitment of part-time employees for event team. Manage, train and monitor part-time employees in each event. Prepare and send out invitations for each event. Call customers in guest list of each event to get their attendance confirmation.
