Chuyên môn: - Anmum Brand: o Monthly arrange Anmum sampling order from Brand to 4 channels (GT, MT, Medical & CRM) and tracking DKSH/Viettel for logistics. o Preparing content/key visual and coordinating with agency to design a full set of Anmum pregnancy and after delivery booklet for CRM/Medical activities. o Being responsible for SMS promotion project for Anlene and Anmum brand. o Coordinating with suppliers for promotion/activation gift bidding. -Digital: o Building Anlene website and revamping Anmum website (purchasing domain, content management, coordinating with regional and local digital agencies) o Daily tracking and reviewing owned digital properties including Anlene and Anmum website/ facebook (following up interaction on facebook, personal responding to each mail to customers, responding to Q&A section on website…) o Giving feedback in detail for weekly content of both Anlene and Anmum facebook o Assisting manager to track performance of digital campaign (Anlene superwomen nomination, Anmum-90 happy days, Anmum- Celebrate the changes) o Reviewing daily/monthly/quarterly social listening report for Anlene and Anmum. o Managing sample request delivery on Anmum website and facebook. o Working under supervision of Digital and Brand manager to ensure all digital tasks agreed with digital and media agencies are well executed. -CRM: o Checking and consolidating CRM reports for Anlene and Anmum (Inbound and Outbound) o Assisting manager to solve all complaint cases regarding Anlene, Anmum and Anchor brand o Working with DKSH to exchange complaint products to distributors o Checking incentives, annual leave record for Anmum call agents and salary for temporary agents o Assisting manager to build monthly engagement activity for CRM team o Working with doctors to prepare nutrition training course for call agents
