Job Description: Planning, organizing, and deploying programs to customers for the GT channel growth Trade support: create and develop marketing ideas to support GT & MT channel such as Sale tools, POSM & Markting programs (trade deal, above the line activities) Research: create & deploy research program about internal and external data of Sale team system, attitude, operation, size & behavior of Distributor; attitude, behavior of Customer and Consumer insight, Market research, Competitors research, new product launch, etc. Co-operating with Area Sale Manager (ASM) to define, conduct Sale results, stocks of each region: ASO development: set up sale plan to increase new available outlets to each province, monitor the implementation in each region. Sale target: check the daily sale reports and work with ASM to find and implement solutions for increasing daily sale in order to achieve the commitments of monthly Sales. Inventory: check daily stocks at North and Central region, each provinces and distributors to push sell-in or sell – out.
