Manage about technical drawing,technical fabrication, standard of fabricating different kinds of material types, Flange,Nozzle,shell, Pipe based on ASME, ANSI and ASTM standards in vessel manufacturing. Technical welding follow code ASME,ASTM , big project management experiene (over 40 projects)for big client : technip France, Aramco,Sadara, NSRP ,SK oil ,GS oil ,.. Pre-inspection quality of shooting RT, UT, MT, PT, TOFD for many kinds of welding lines in pressure vessel products. Ensure machining high accuracy for product : tubesheet,baffle,...Set up the work of separating detail technical drawing for manufacturing team on lathe(vertical, horizontal), CNC drilling machine, CNC milling machine. Program CNC for programs of drilling, milling CNC in products of tube sheet, flange, hole in pressure pipe. Product as: heat exchanger, piping systems,.. Understand and use welding methods such as SAW, GTAW, FCAW,SMAW, OVER LAY (CLAD)… as well as welding procedure of these methods and checking for quality welding . Set-up the schedule,times for plan project. Ensure for product quality,time delivery,production management. Make sure the machine runs well and productivity. Especially, ensuring safety in manufacturing for all teams. I am not only responsible for the job related to manufacturing but also be a member of CA (Change Agent) team of the plant with activities such as BBHD/KESSON- technical improvement in manufacturing, group activity, problem solving activity, holding the meeting between foremans and chief- workers to sovle remain problems as well as to give new theme/topic in group activity and keson activity, be a “bridge” to conncet all BBHD and Keson activities of all plants in company.
