Chamber of fabrication techniques . - Working description: - Controlled project, drawings, documents, ... - Received new project, studied specification, data sheet, engineer drawing, and all documents related to new project. - Made project documents (specification summary, items summary, thickness summary, questionnaire, MPS (Material Purchase Specification), drawing list, … - Established communication channel with customer to submitted and received the documents (such as drawing, calculation sheet, others document) on project. - Checked and controlled all drawings made by drawing engineer and sub vendor. - Guided drawing engineer to revise drawing correct with customer commented. - Controlled all information and document comment by customer. To check and clear customer requested. - Drew for some items of project. - Received the drawings from mother-company (from Korea). Checked and issued the drawing to some relevant departments. - Reviewed, checked and commented the drawing (based on Standard and Engineering drawing, Calculation sheet, owner comment, other errors…), sent comment to Korea Designer or drawing Engineer at Vietnam. - Checked and controlled BOM (Bill of Material), material of project. - Received the design revision sheet, prepare ADL (Applicable Document List), issued to some related departments as: fabrication team, QC, NDE. - Solved some problems related to project as drawing errors, manufacturing not in accordance with the drawing, set up the communication channel between Vina Engineer and Korea Engineer through email. - Prepare CP/BOM (Cutting Plant and Bill of Material) for some parts of item.
