Chuyên môn: • Doing the job of 5S • Designing the jigs, the cases/shelves to contain parts and equitment by Autocad software • Maintaining and repairing the machine/ equipment in line production. • Monitoring, supervising the workers in line production. • Instructing worker how to use the measuring tools such as projector, 2D microscope, pamme, Caliper, pin gauge, standard meter. • Warranting the quality of parts(check appearance, parts dimension, packing,checksheet leadtime parts, forecast parts). • Accessing internet to find new vendor, appreciate Vendor and then order to purchase parts for digital camera • Following and co-operating with vendor to solve quality, solve quality problem in line, support Vendor about technical problem, complain Vendor about parts quality problem • Solving problem about UL (Underwriter laboratories), understand about Rohs,Reach. • understand about JIS,ISO 9001-2008, a little logistics (DDU, CIF, FOB, CIF, DDP,…).
