Chuyên môn: + Control quality of suppliers base on documents : Technical drawing, records and countermeasure reports. + Working with suppliers to investigate and find out the cause parts were NG to have countermeasure reports persuasive. Purpose, prevent and improve product not appear NG parts again. + To take part evaluation periodical quality of suppliers (From the North to the South). Special, usually control the suppliers have NG parts in the market. + Control countermeasure reports of suppliers and follow improvement of them. + Control GCA (Global Customer Audit) daily reports of workers. + Analysis and reappear NG parts happen in the market. Combine to other departments and Japanese Managers to investigation, find out problem and solution. + Making schedule run test of motorcycle and automobile for workers in the outside street. + Collecting countermeasure reports daily, update on quality meeting report and organizing meeting with BOD (Board of Director : General Manager, Director, Manager) and chief of another departments (2times/month) + Evaluating process perform 5S in the shops of suppliers. + On the orther hand, I have knowledge about KAIZEN, ISO 9001-2008.

Chuyên môn: + Supervising QC online in the factory + Control all of lines in production running follow process. + Making the new process (saving materials,workforce,...) and update information from quality manual and control quality on production lines. + Control all of pallet sheets (Pallet 2 : Technical Drawing , Pallet 3 : production plan) before entering in the production. + Evaluating production process, investigating and prevent NG parts. + Control improvement action and arranging quality meeting with shopfloor manager weekly. + Training to worker, team leader and QC staff,… + Deploying the quality standard and customers request that is difference or not mention in Scancom standard. + To take part from starting the new product (checking production process, product and make report) + Control assembly instruction guiding sheet (customer request and correct to product which is reality producing) before IOC (International Order Center) department deliver to every shopfloors + Control the first sample (component) before running mass-produce for every shift. + Control counter sample (Table or chair) is same or not same as technical drawing (reason, cause,…) + Control packaging process which are designed from PPD Dept. (Planning and Production Drawing) Department (Packaging process must to follow customer request or Scancom Standard) before deliver to every shopfloor (carton box, informations, layout, production tag, hang tag,…) + Following and making report about weather test of part (Table or chair)
