Chuyên môn: • Position : Merchandiser • Customers : Handle many customers such as Hugo Boss, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nike, Right On, Kohl’s. • Duties : Be responsibility to handle the garment orders from developing samples until shipment including: - Receive orginal sample from Sale and check with technology dept whether sample is workable for bulk production. - Receive orders from Sale. - Communicate with Sale for information order. Double check all information carefully before release to production dept. - Download buyer PO from system and checking piece by piece. - Get fabric consumption from marker room then Issue fabric purchase to fabric mill. - Check fabric & accessories to make Preproduction sample. Chase sample to send buyer on time. - Follow up to chase approved samples from buyer. - Follow up fabric and trims come fty on time. - After received fabric, cut a small fabric for matching sewing & Emb thread. - Prepare printing,EMB,Washing mock to send buyer for approval before bulk production. - Release document that is translated Vietnamese to production. - Check received fabric qty then allocate fabric to cutting dept and approve cutting qty to make sure cutting qty is matching with buyer’s tolerance. - Issue Memo to production in case buyer need to change some information on time to make sure production can meet new buyer’s request. - Make trim card production. - Make QA file for QA inspection - Check production status and book buyer QA come fty for inspection. - Update WIP send buyer every week. - Follow up production schedule and delivery time. - Follow up Top sample and other samples from bulk production to send buyer on time. - Follow up test sample sending and chase pass test report before shipment. - Check final packing list and make shipment report send buyer before shipment. - Report left fabric and left garment(if any) to Sale after shipment. - Co-ordinate well with team colleagues, factory and monitor QA to ensure samples/production quality as well as production status that can meet buyer standard. - Co-ordinate well with supervisor in factory and finished department,im-export department to arrange shipment on time. - Dealing with Sale in case fty can’t meet buyer’s requirement.
