Chuyên môn: - Contact with import / export department when send out the sample and receive fabric / accesories… on time so that the sample can catch the schedule as Buyer’s request. - Responsible for merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution, following up with Buyers and Suppliers, monitoring and attending shipment requirement - Order Follow up from production to shipment. - Prepare time and action calendar for both sampling and bulk production. - Follow up planning and onsite status of sampling and production with vendor and factory. - Work and communicate independently with head office, vendor and factory.- - Work closely with Quality Control department. - Develop bulk fabric quality, L/D,hand feel.... standard with Tech Team. - Follow up test report of fabric/ garment & trims - Work with factories to submit FIT, PP, TOP, Customer samples and check before sending to customers. - Making contract, PO, follow L/C payment. - Solving problems arising - Handling Buyer complaints and enquiries
