Chuyên môn: - Issue new Spare Part Order Sheets base on demand sale and warehouse stock and send to vendors. - Control Back order, Purchase order Qty, stock month of warehouse and make urgent orders if necessary. - Follow up delivery time to push suppliers delivers goods on time. - Prepare forecast and send to suppliers every 3 months. - Deal with vendors if have problem about delivery time - Negotiate with supplier about the price of goods and make contract to get approval of B.O.D - Contact with oversea vendors via email in order to import goods. - Communicate with local vendors and warehouse keeper if any problems about goods appear. - Send claim to suppliers if goods NG - Check invoices or delivery sheets and input data in system. - Make payment request and follow up it to get approval of B.O.D on time. - Make back order outstanding list and Back Order ratio report every day. - Make Manual Back Order report every week.
