Position : Staff of planning Main responsibilities: • Make Balance Sheet, Packing List, Daily Report, Trim Card. • Follow sample to send customers : AD, PP, TOP, Shipping. • Receive orders and information from customers and inform to relevant department such as sample room, technical room, and all head of department about sample, quantity, deadline. • Check and report to customer about status of fabric as well as trims such as quantity, quality, short in roll… • Search supplier as thread, clear tape, interlining, poly bag, carton… • Coordinate with superior and relevant department to solve problems during manufacturing. 11/2010 : Be assigned to printing and embroidery • Develop sample follow customer require (material, dimension) • Design, submit, costing and quote to customers. • Receive comments from customer and then give idea to make sample be better. • Search supplier about printing and embroidering. • Monitoring and troubleshooting in the production process. • Report periodically about quantity and income. • Beside that, test skill of new worker.

Negotiate with customer until received the official PO. • I as merchandiser FOB. I follow A-Z. • Do cost sheet and T&A. • I handle over 40 POs with quantity about 300k/month. • Ask customer provides document such as sample, trim card, pattern, mini maker … and then deploy to relevant department. • Find out material to submit for customer approval. • Coordinate order placement process and give some solution to reduce cost. • Daily, follow up and update status of fabric and trims. Feedback to supplier about problems concerned such as quality, delivery time ... • Follow up and push sample, then checking before send to customer. • Make production plan and balance sheet for orders, then deploy to factory. • Coordinate with other departments during production process. • Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety to achieve positive results. • Work with other departments to improve company’s policies and procedures. • Ensure POs are entered into system timely and properly. • Ensure materials arrive in the proper quantity and timing according to production requirements. • Ensure all non-conformance are reported properly and fully. • Monitor pricing trend and opportunities, then feedback to development manager and general manager. Highlight opportunities for alternate sourcing and more competitive pricing. • Coordinate with test room to give report to customers if order require. • Working closely with factory and QC to ensure quality, quantity and matching the delivery schedule of customers as well as to solve unexpected problems. • Book final or inline if needed. • Inform the changes from customer promptly. • Send packing list to import-export department. • Until garments ship to customers. Make invoice, liquidation. • All work over time at office and home to avoid pending production.
