Chuyên môn:  Follow up develop new samples: - Contact directly to foreign buyers daily to receive new samples request and notice rising issues - Explain style details to technician for making correct pattern, prepare fabric & material - Source accessory, source suppliers for material - Make plan with embroidering factory, sewing room and laundry to catch the due date customer requested - Dealing rising problem in sampling process and make sure samples match quality correctly - Check costing match buyer’s target - Make weekly report to manager  Follow up production orders : - Contact to buyer to receive new PO - Build T&A according to styles and required delivery date - Push samples approved soonest and purchase fabric, marterial to catch T&A - Make contracts and work with import-export department to receive goods - Track and review pre-production sample: printing, embroidery, specs and colour to ensure samples match with required specifications and quality standard - Dealing problem rising in production, follow up production process to meet quantity, quality, order specifications and delivery dates.
