Working with the relative parties since develop product until finish production. • Receiving the sketch designs and requirement from head R&D (customer) • Studying the sketch and search needed material and accessories • Contact with customer via e-mail, skype all the question regarding the sketch and material. • Discussing and negotiation with customer regarding the difficulties during processing sample and further production • Working with the team to make the prototypes • Take responsible of the prototypes, checking samples to make sure that it has good quality to send to customer • Send sample to customer and make sample comment. • Making BOM list, costing breakdown and make price quotation propose to the management before offer to customer. • Setting up of the technical pack for production. • Explain the sample to production department, follow up production process to make sure the product meet the quality, quantity and delivery requirement • Quickly diagnose production problem and unexpected issue, suggest solution to the management to solve problem. • Working with suppliers (local and oversea) to develop new fabric and accessories, negotiation price, lead time, check the quality to make sure all materials meet the requirement of quality standard. • Working with sub-contractor, follow up outsourcing order
