Chuyên môn: • Follow up PO from customers: Update the buyers with the order status at all stages. Visit to vendor site. Selection and finalizing of vendors for the upcoming orders based on vendor’s experience of making similar products. Execution of running orders (production). Maintaining files and Accounts Updating Time and Action calendar • Costing submission to buyers: Costing base on TP (or original spl) of buyer. Sourcing of materials for new development Costing and negotiation with trim & accessory suppliers for getting good price. Preparation of material requirement. Receive consumption form CAD room and make quotation. When the quotation was approved by leader and director, sending quotation to buyer. Follow up with buyers for approvals and feedback • Developing sample: Receive tech pack from buyer, base on construction, sketch (or original spl), MC, description to develop sample. Communicating with buyers by mail (mostly) for new queries as well as updates Passing TP to pattern marker and spl room. Arrange fabric and trim for sewing 5spl and pass to spl room. Base on due date, pushing and supporting pattern marker and spl room. Submission of samples to buyer through courier. Follow up with buyers for approvals and feedback Giving approval on samples where buyer intervention is not required Updating latest comments on particular styles or order to vendor representative • Purchase order: Send swatch to develop new LD or S/O, send sample to develop new trim. Get LD/ S/O and sample from supplier to submit to buyer for approval. Base on order consumption form CAD room and costing sheet for making PO. Then send PO to supplier. Push supplier deliver on time to meet production plan. • Ϲontɑct with fɑctories for follow up of sɑmple process, quɑlity inspections, ɑnd order schedules...... • Checking with factory W/H about delivery date of supplier and quality, quantity, color… • Dealing with factories to solve unexpected problems during production and after ship……….
