Chuyên môn: * Nhận đơn hàng từ khách hàng/ Order recap từ headoffice. - Làm lịch xuất hàng -Tìm kiếm xưởng/ tổ hợp gia công khi có nhu cầu gia công. -Dựa trên chứng từ nhập nguyên phụ liệu, làm bảng cân đối cho từng mã hàng từng mùa. -Làm lịch mẫu, theo dõi tiến độ mẫu. -Dịch tài liệu, làm bảng màu, phân nhóm màu cho bộ phận kho, cắt, chuyền may, QC, và hoàn thành. -Dựa theo tiêu chuẩn khách hàng làm qui cách đóng gói. -Đặt phụ liệu may và hoàn thành. -Làm packing list đóng hàng. * Cập nhật thông tin từ khách hàng, xem xét cùng các bộ phận sản xuất và thuyết phục khách hàng theo hướng tốt nhất cho nhà máy giảm thiểu chi phí và thời gian sản xuất. * Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất, tiến độ hàng wash, in, thêu, cườm,...đảm bảo chuyền may không bị gián đoạn. * Linh hoạt giải quyết sự cố trong quá trình sản xuất và đưa ra hướng khắc phục giảm thiểu tối đa, đảm bảo hàng hóa theo yêu cầu của khách hàng. == + Sourcing: -Searching supplier and subcontractor -Coordinate with subcontractor on pricing and delivery date -Make processing contract , debit note +Sample: - Control sample schedule and update the fit sample status. - Review practicality of sewing construction on sample with pattern maker -Arrange test sample and submit in time to get approval before final date -Coordinate with customer and factory to make sure sample are approved in time to hit production deadline - Work with factories to submit TOP samples and check it before sending to buyers - Follow up test report of fabric garment, trims and make sure the bulk quality meets max quality standard. +Pre production: -Balance material and accessories. Update fabric and trim schedule. Allocate fabric to cutting room and accessories to sewing line. -Make trim card for bulk production. - Translate tech pack, comment into Vietnamese and hand over to production team, QC team. - Coordinate pre production meeting with technician, QC and factory to minimize problem ahead of production. - Ensure fabric, trims and styling detail are correct before production. +Production: -To check consumption of thread and sewing trim, packing trim. Compare factory’s consumption with vendor’s consumption to get the best consumption for factory. - Check fabric consumption on maker and cutting table before cutting -Control progress of washing, embroidery and push subcontract deliver garment catch produce and shipment . +Shipping: -Make packing list. -CBM calculation to fix container
