Chuyên môn: In develop stage: - Build and maintain effective rapport and work relationship with technicians, suppliers and Liaison Office (LO) to discuss about the styles that I handle in develop & bulk stage. -Responsible for merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution, follow up with buyers and suppliers, monitor and attending shipment requirements - Develops and manages finishing capacities to support product development process - Create costing sheets for each style in devlop stage - Process for testing report of fabric/ garment & trims and make sure the bulk quality meets Customer quality standard. In bulk production: - Communicate with Merchandiser from China, Indonesia, Philipnine, Taiwan (in SINTEX group) to handover all document in develop stage at the begining of new season. - Check & make sure anything from materials, accessories, supplier need to contact to placing order before production - Do document for bulk production. - Process the standard for packing, special label & hangtag for each customer (Europe, ASPA, AMEA..)
