Chuyên môn: Organize and participate in the activities of company. Maintain good relations with government labor agencies. Manage the outsource services of: security, transportation, catering, cleaning, gardening, Pest control and office supplies. Manage the internal Clinic/Health services. Control the using of the company lockers. Manage the security of the whole factory; ensure that all properties delivery in and transfer out follow the proper process. Coordinate with EHS to ensure that all sub-contractors be trained about company rules (for contractor) and safety rules before working in the company premises. Design all HR and Admin SOPs. Event planning and organization: Office Team building, Management Team Building, Annual Party, Family Day, Birthday… Human resources Develop, implement, and update employment practices, compensation, benefits, and human resource programs and methods on a regular basis. Develop internal communication strategies and processes to keep projects, programs and/or departments informed on critical HR issues, policies and procedures. Develop and implement the personnel services and programs as performance management (evaluation tools, methods and formats), talent retention, key position succession, staff support program, employee relations, and grievance management. Track and compare the actual headcount with budgeted and ensure that indirect headcount ratio is controlled; and headcount ratios of workers and supporting forces are within the budget. Maintain an up-to-date organization chart for Wanek as a whole company. Oversee the registration of the new employees and the procedure of employees’ exit and set up the presentation of orientation programs for the newcomers. Responsible for HRIS, staff’s labor contract, C&B, rewards, incentive and motivation, labor report, etc. Responsible for maintenance of HR software. Implement and oversee the new employee orientation. Handle the employee relations; Deal with and follow up the employee suggestions, regular “Shake the Tree”.
