Assisting production manager in scheduling and supervising all phases of production from materials to finished products and solving problem happening in the factory. Tightly controlling production performance through the indicator. Training the operator and worker to work more efficiently. Applying new method in production such as: 5S, LEAN, JIT, KABAN, TQM. Closely co-ordinate with 3rd parties, supplier (internal and external) and other relevant department to monitor, track and review Delivery of raw material to provide raw material with right item, right quantity and right time. Ensure with vendors that goods are delivered as per technical specifications, quality standards and delivery time. Closely work with Business Unit on demand forecast and non-working inventory (NWI) to devise action plan. Identifying, resolving and finding the root cause of discrepancies and other related inventory errors. To setup master data, create Purchase Order and other task related to ERP system. Planning for Demand and supply, optimize inventory level. To review and manage suppliers capacity and co-ordinate with other functions to improve supplier performance. To control and optimize Raw & Packaging stock at reasonable level of stock policy. Liasing with supplier and following up PO status, shipment and arrival date. Periodically review and update the Item Master Database in business planning and control system. To monitor production plan and output achievement. Proactive communication and suggestion in order to improve the planning process Replenish inventory based on the inventory status and market demand on a monthly basis To conduct and coordinate cycle count/ stock take activities Achievement: Decreasing 10% the cost raw material stock.

Chuyên môn: Base on monthly demand from beverage factory and current resources, I devise a production plan to meet this demand. Combine related departments such as: Purchasing, production, maintenance, Quality, Stock to make advantages conditions for production. Combine with foreman in balancing and using max resources reasonably. To monitor production plan and output achievement. Monitoring and controlling inventory quantity of each product, raw material, accessories to maintain stock is always above safety level for production. Working with purchasing department, supplier to ensure they delivery products, raw material as on time. To interfaces with all departmental supervisor, support functions, engineering, program management and other pertinent function within the plant operations. Updating all information relating to production & material schedule to adjust production plan. (Quantity, Type of products, delivery time) Making daily, weekly, monthly report: consumption raw material, WIP, Stock, Master schedule accuracy. Analyzing the major cause increase and decrease stock/ not meet the plan. Base on these reports, I make resources adjustments to meet supply chain requirements. Work with R&D and production department to follow and update BOM on SAP software. Getting KPI’s target each months: Master schedule accuracy, report on time ( Production report, loss report, consumption report), delivery of raw on time, supporting team, completing boss’s assignment on time, the quantity of stock is not under safety level.
