Chuyên môn: • Support Manager all matters related to production activities. • Control Production Schedule:  Control customer’s order and make monthly and weekly Production Plan.  Schedule all parts of motor line: Shaft, Press, Base, Injection line and Assembly line.  Ensure all parts enough for assembly motor just in time (not over stock but not shortage).  Ensure motor produced to meet Sales Plan and customer’s requirement.  Make Daily report, Weekly report and Monthly report. • Manpower analysis:  Analysis Man Hour need for production and make Manpower plan.  Control over time cost. • Capacity analysis:  Forecast Sales plan one year and analysis capacity of machine, manpower…  Make plan (investigate machine, improvement cycle time…) to ensure reach forecast Sales plan.  Analysis to reduce cost operation. • CI (Circle Improvement) activities:  As CI team leader, audit and support related department make and do CI activities.  Check monthly actual CI result already done.  Analysis to reduce cycle time to increase productivity and saving production cost.  Apply lean manufacturing idea to production. • Analysis OE (Operation Effectiveness):  As function production control, check daily actual result of production compare with production schedule.  Analysis weekly Availability, Speed Efficiency, Prime Yield…to meet target.  Apply statistics to control quality: CPk…  Make plan to speed up OE. • Control MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system:  Make order Material Plan and schedule receipt material.  Maintain the lowest possible material and product levels in store.  Plan manufacturing activities, delivery schedules and purchasing activities.  Control balance material comparison (compare between material need for production and actual issue).  Update BOM (Bill of Material),  Job receipts,  Transfer material  Issue… • Support Sales and Account to update quotation of new model motor to customer and analysis company monthly profit.
