(Head Office, 1 Supermarket and 16 retail stores), tracking the expenditure of office supply and offer the suggestion for saving if necessary. - Handle all documents, complaints, issues about stationery, some office equipment purchasing of Head Office, 1 Supermarket and 16 detail stores. - Collect and manage the monthly rosters of 16 retail stores and send to CEO. - Assist HR&Admin Department with administrative/ secretarial matters when required such as preparing training stuff, work stationery, telephone and some other stuff for new employees… or some company events like Staff Party, Lucky Draw… - Coordinate with other Departments for handling administrative matters such as office entrance paper, taxi card, equipment maintenance (printer, projector, fax machine…) and the like.
