My job details: - Troubleshooting for customers - Receiving defective products to test, identify and fix errors, and provide research direction to overcome the defects - Learn about new products , new technology - Training technician - Repair Mobile at level 2 & 3 - QA/QC defective products after repaired - Collect and report daily,weekly 2 times was rewarded branch operation and serve customers well. I am finding a chance and a new environment. I like R&D and Service customers . I have the ability to learn and adjust very well to the new environment.
