Chuyên môn: •Assistant Brand Manager: oLead Gift – Set Teacher day 2012 Season in planning and execution. I’ve learnt a lot about internal process, communication and cross-categories involvement through this project. Though the time working for marketing was short, but, as it’s a 5-billion investment project and everything has to be flawless in process and market execution, I stretched myself to manage it well in timing, volume and allocation. This 4 months have given me knowledge about branding, design, promotion management and execution. oDove Athena Skin Cleansing Activation (testing protocol) oLux SMS activation •Have knowledge and experience in: oMedia Training: In the same time with working, Unilever Vietnam has created many training sessions whose teachers are agencies such as Nielson, Mindshare… These training classes give me knowledge of Media basic, Retail audit, consumer audit… oDistributive Trade Sales: Well understanding about general trade market, process of managing a distributor, salesmen, logistic, DMS system and sales allocation from Unilever to distributors. Especially the retailer insights are the biggest achievements. oModern Trade Sales: Well understanding about Key accounts (COOP, Big C and Lotte Mart) distribution system, workforce, issue. Key accounts’ demand, activities (Eg. Beauty Fair in Big C, Bithday in COOP) and shoppers insights supported a lot in Brand Building career.
