Chuyên môn: - Checking and maintain the quality systems at each part in the factory - Draftee and updated all the process or the report about quality follow requirements of the customer. - Receive the complains of the customer about the quality systems or garment quality after that make correct active plan to send for the customer when they have requests - Training for the departments to understand about the process systems to check the quality include: warehouse, internal test room, sewing, finishing,... - Recruitment and training for QC team to understand about the process check the quality for one garments, check measurement, instructions make daily report… - Checking daily report the quality team and then will statistical defect rate each operation for each style, meeting and to work directly with the department have relate to give improved plan when the defect condition not improved. - Arrange the work for QC inline and ensure the quality team perform their roles and responsibilities. - Meeting PP with Buyer and record the comments and then pre – production meeting with parts of the factory for new style. - Inline inspection, pre – final in the factory, Final inspections with Buyer.
