Compensation and Benefit ¬¬¬¬¬ • Consolidate attendance record, overtime, sick leave, unpaid leave, nightshift allowance.. • Calculate sales commission , spiff for sales staffs and promoters • Analyze, reconcile and resolves all payroll-related discrepancies. • Process payroll, send pay slip • Report personal income tax ( PIT) monthly, finalize PIT for local and expat • Make insurance report (sick leave, maternity leave, new hire/resigned staff…) • Performance appraisal process yearly • Cooperate and manage health care insurance program • Issue labor contract, offer letter, termination/end labor contract, final payment • Monitor probation/ labor contract end date Recruitment : • Work with headhunters to get the best candidates • Prepare content of Recruitment advertisement for job posting • Do screening/shortlist via phone • Process talent test • Arrange interview • Do reference check • Inform interview result to candidate • Conduct orientation for new hire staff • Keep in touch with local university/ other recruitment channel • Consolidate JD with relevant vacancies • Report monthly on successful candidate vs talent requisition HR management • Make headcount planning and HR budget planning yearly. Control HR cost • Manage company internal regulations and keep all internal rules are comply with local law • Providing advice, assistance and follow –up on company policy, procedure to employee • Coordinate the resolution of the specific policy related and procedural problem, employee grievances and inquires • Manage to update new labor law, employee handbook, internal labor regulation • Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvement Employee termination • Conduct exit interview to identify the reason of leaving • Calculate severance allowance and other allowance if any • Guide employee on unemployment procedure • Solve all employee complains and queries Employee introduction • Make an orientation program for new employee and send to all relevant dept for coaching • Explain cooperate culture, company vision and strategy, values, policy for new employee • Office tour introduction/email welcome to all employee • Introduce organization chart • Follow up the orientation program and get feedback from Mgr and the new hire • Process all new hire paperwork Employee relationship • Support’s guide and coaches both manager and employee on ER related issue • Respond to employee queries in a timely manner • Manage annual leave/sick leave record, inform annual leave balance monthly • Assist to conduct rewards and recognition program, company events, training • Hold meeting to update new law, new policy to all employee
