Chuyên môn:  Be in charge of nearly twenty big and small customers under my Supervisor’s assignment, even some foreign Customers.  Receive PO from Customers via email or fax, then key POs into Oracle system  Control POs from the Customers and make sure that all deliveries to customers in time to meet Customer’s expectation.  Be an important bridge linking information between Customer and Factory, communicate with Production and have a feedback about PO to Customers by email or fax.  Follow up the Production Process and confirm the time to deliver to the Customers  Work closely with technicians who can understand more clearly situation and demand of customers that help CSD offer the best service to customers.  Plan the delivery to Customers, prepare documents including Delivery Note, invoices, COA, CO and arrange the trucks with Storage Dept for its shipment,  Do the monthly report with the forecast, the turnover at the end of every month, do some reports assigned by the Manager.  Receive all Customer’s complaint and finding out the solutions together with other departmnets, satisfying all customer requirements in the limited function including attitude of communication and attitude of service.  Through work experience, foreseeing problems which can happen to customers concerning to delivery time, proper quantity on PO, the prices…to reduce difficulty and unnecessary complaint from customers to a minimum.  Cooperating harmoniously with relevant departments such as Technical, Production, Store, Q/C, Q/A, R&D, Purchasing dept… to ensure that every requirement from customer is satisfied, then combine with the other department to solve all complaints from Customers.  Do some paperworks for my record: store Purchasing Order papers, invoices, delivery notes or something related to my shipment and customers.  Build customer service culture and ensure high customer satisfaction.  Ensure data accuracy to Customers and operation team.  Ensure in time response to Customers on inquiry and order management.  Support some necessary reports when the relevant Depts ask something, have a good support for Salesman, transmit the information to other Departments, supply MSDS, TDS ot another Certificates to Customers.  Build and maintain the good relationship with Customers, give some methods, market information and service.

Contact the Experts by email for booking the flight ticket, the hotel, the restaurant before the seminar.  Do the weekly report and summary the reports from all of Sales Staff.  Evaluate the working performance and result of all the Staff at the end of every month from their Supervisor, then submit to HR Department for their allowance and bonus.  Attend and build up the minutes.  Support to write down the PO from the customers.
