A&P Fund Control − Control spending within the annual approved budget − Monthly double check and work with marketing team, finance team to balance allocated fund 5. Supply Chain − Work with principal for buying budget & import-export team for delivery schedule guarantee to get best fit for stock level & cash flow effect − Coordinate with warehouse team to control stock shelf-life and taking quick action for bad stock (close to expired stock, defected stock) at stores & warehouses. − Sales analyzing and quick action for re-allocation plan to maximize sales forces of each SKU 6. Interaction with principal − Business review presentation: provide consolidation of sales/ distribution reports (monthly or ad-hoc) − Sales forecast, distribution and trade activity planning – annually master forecast and quarterly, monthly action and/or revised planning (degree of details varies among principal) − Coordinate with principal to execute the “Store Development Plan” & Buying Budget 7.
