Chuyên môn: -Design and optimize gene for high expression effect in E.coli, design new expression system for human growth factor and supporting cancer treatment protein (can use fluently some design and optimized gene software: APE, clustalW, alignment, etc and some online software and websites for optimized gene and checking codon usage, etc) -gene cloning and expression in E.coli (both periplasmic and cytoplasmic) (gene transformation; expression with IPTG and lactose inducing); fluently some skills supporting for this job as: PCR; plasmid, genomic, total RNA extraction; checking by restriction enzyme; SDS - PAGE; western blot, dot blot; Bradford, Lowry method, etc. -Research to purify protein (working with chromatography column for researching optimal condition to purify protein as ion exchange (SP gel), affinity (Blue gel), gel filter etc.) -Drug clinical testing in Rat, Rabbit and can do well ELISA, Imumno - PCR and drug testing in animal cell (CHO).
