Chuyên môn: Have experience in Purchasing & Importing- exporting Relating information: - Search for and develop suppliers based on quality, performance, pricing, criteria, payment term, update the details of suppliers list, market price for relevant goods. - Do a business trip to audit new supplier & visit old supplier to expand and consolidate business relation: Thailand, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Cuchi, Hochiminh... - Monitor price, delivery schedule as well as quality of whole supplier, discuss and negotiate with supplier to obtain advantage term for company. - To improve profit, suggest idea for cost down, substitute materials, change maker or share order…All of activity have to get approval for head office, so every week we hold on a Telephone meeting with H/O to report and get their advice. Changing will be reported directly to Japan side: Man, method, machine & materials. - Take complaints (if any)& coordinate with relevant department to deal with such complaints or suggest solutions to problems: quality, delivery of supplier Va activity, evaluating at internal for changing idea. - Build good relation with other Factory for understand supplier, coordinate to find out good advantage for all Factory. - Summarize & making weekly- monthly report for internal –head office: Ratio of purchasing, received quantity, Non-good ratio, improvement profit... - Carry out other tasks as may be assigned from time to time from head office at Japan side and upper level.
