Chuyên môn: - Contact with Adidas Head Quarter in Germany to receive and handle new shoe model packages, ensure all information clearly, and discuss about solutions if any issue. - Work closely with purchasing team and contact directly with suppliers to new materials , order all the materials need for new products. - Pass necessary information about new designs or samples, customer’s requirement for Pattern department to prepare pattern or cutting die, bottom sole so that making trial sample. - Identify problems with the trial samples to solve from the beginning. - Line up and check whole development process to make sure workers do correct direction, materials, position, design, quality standards as well as niceness and cleanness, perfect. - Ensure final products are produced to high standards, corrected as design and specification requirements - Control production process, material’s delivery dates to ensure shipping schedule - Inspect, package the products and coordinate with the Shipping team for the shipment - Check the samples carefully, meticulously for quality, quantity, colors, design as well as customer’s requirement to make sure shoes shipped out without complaints from customers - Count and manage product development costs to under target margin - Find suggestions to save product cost, to be more convenient and enhance efficiency for the production line. - Ensure that standards for fit , wear and comfort are achieved during product development, commercialization – make sure all samples and materials pass test methods - Check and keep in track with material leadtime, product process to catch sign-off to deliver the products to market on time. - Create and accurate development information in the ERP and Adidas PDM system - Update all development tracking reports including samples, tooling, materials delivery, sample shipment, treatment, CWA,testing etc - Managing information and identify appropriate improvements in process and communication with other departments needed. - Discuss with Tech team to identify and solve any potential issues before produced in the production. - Check and select 3 pairs of the best quality samples and request the customer’s signature for confirmation - Check and confirm CSB (materials, colors) and final specs for the production.

Chuyên môn: - Line up and check daily to make reports and find any potential issues to request the factory improving immediately. - Inspect the factory’s products at each stage - Attend all the meetings to find and discuss solution if any issues with the factory sides - Do final inspection for all bulk orders before shipped out. - Make daily, QC, line check, meeting, inspection… reports and update to the Mizuno’s system. - Check and confirm swatches of colors, materials for the factory’s standard. - Make carton inspection before shipping out to insure quality, quanlity without damages, mistakes, or missing orders. - Check and confirm heel hight, lace length, inner box dimention, and labels, package methods for factory side. - Sign on shoes, outsoles before it is tested. - Check and confirm test results with spec tests and reports that the factory provides. - Check carefully and pay more attention on quality, needed reports to special requested shoes which sent to JPN headquater, receive any feedback and inform to the factory for improving or doing next stages.
