The involved things I would like to talk about my tasks. Below is my job description: 1. Receiving and processing purchase order: - Receiving the purchase order request from all departments then clarify each kind and submitting for approval. After getting the approval I enter it in the system then sending this PO to supplier via the email. - Liaising with suppliers to follow up with production process to make sure quality of material and receiving the goods on time. 2. Setting the customs docs for importing: - Receiving and checking the shipping docs from supplier (Waybill/, sales contract, Inv. PL…) to make declaration with VN customs. - Translating it into Vietnamese 3. Delivery goods: - Informing the all Departments concerned the arrival date of the goods - Delivering the goods to all Departments - Check the quantity and the quality after unloading the goods at warehouse and feed back to Seller if there is any quality problem - Supervising unloading the goods from the container - To feedback immediately and note on the delivery receipt if notice any issue with shortage goods, damaged goods … during the unloading of goods - If there is any damage that caused in process of internal transport, we contact with the insurance company and send the report to them. Then we follow up with them to close the case. 4. Base receipt - Sending all the original docs to accounting dept after the shipment completes. - Control the goods with admit temporality for re-exporting and re-importing to guarantee the goods will be declare with customs on time.

Chuyên môn: I would like to talk about my tasks at Viecorp about construction field and I worked as a secretary position for project Celadon city. Because this project is a project has been cooperating with Malaysia, so all information have to use English - Together the project manager attending meetings with Consultant, main construction and Owner and engineers at Site and following deadline to submit materials, shop drawing, process construction and write the report for each meeting. - Send and receive messages from main office, Owner, Consultant, main construction. - Collect daily report, weekly report, monthly report to submit to Owner. - I also know basic bookkeeping as make the salary for staff at Celadon city and workers of Vietcorp about 30 people. Keep the money of company about 20,000,000VNĐ for fee materials or other requirements of project manager. - Organizing and maintaining general documentation and database. - Maintaining and ordering office supplies per month. - Various other general works of administrative functions such as typing of letter, memos and saving documents
