Chuyên môn: 1.Import job: -Receiving import document from supplier, updating on record to report BOD, accounting and warehouse, and send to forwarder to clear customs. -Contacting shipping line or forwarder to receive arrival notice. -Chasing forwarder to pick up cargo and deliver goods to warehouse on time. -Storing and sorting import declaration form. -Making document send to forwarder to do liquidation every month. 2.Export job: -Receiving shipping instruction from Customer service. -Prepare consumption, invoice, packing list for customs clearance. -Contacting transportation forwarder to pull in and pull out container on time. -Contacting shipping line to send booking. -Making Bill detail, Invoice, Packing list and shipping advice to send shipping line and Customer service. -Chasing forwarder to collect Bill and C/O and send to consignee on time. -Contacting production department to chase finished goods, request inspection for export shipment. -Chasing inspection report per each shipment send to BOD to get release. -Balance material stock to avoid payment import tax and inform BOD in advance if any material stock coming expire date need to liquidate. -Storing and sorting export declaration.
