Chuyên môn: o 2011 – Now: Operator Document Clerk Document management : - Manage incoming orders posted by ftp or email (using template). Order confirmation to sender, create entry in work register. Confirmation of good execution. - If information is missing or instructions are unclear, contact sender. - Uploading project documents (drawing, minutes of meeting, specifications, tender document…) into Agora classification structure with the required naming convention and metadata completion - Communicate those documents to relevant users in Agora using distribution matrix Audit and reporting: - To consolidate periodical audit reports and send to the right project members (project managers, document controller, project quality managers…). - To execute standards reports and send results back to requester - To built deliverables files at the end of each phase of the project - To built filing structure in Agora. - To complete filing structure based of deliverables list - To contact the right person in case of missing information - To inform project members of the good execution. o 2009 – 2011: Data Entry Operator (Tradetech Project) - Input the Manual House Bill of Lading (HBL), in the form of emails and attachments sent from TTS offices; - Submit the XML Data – HBLs already loaded onto TTS application which need to be rechecked. - Report to the Team Lead all issues in relation to the productivity and daily operation activity and to the QA Officer the quality of the input.
