Chuyên môn: + Main person control project assembly, transfer from Thailand and China. + Design new layout for new project assembly and improve current line assembly. + Making new work instruction for line assembly. + Supervise whole process assembly printer Konica Minolta to ensure line run correctly. + Audit line operators to ensure operators follow work instruction correctly. + Perform new product audit to ensure technical and quality reach requirements. + Improve line easier and faster and quality follows Kaizen. + Design JIG to improve assembly faster and comfortable. + Control Engineering change notice to make sure all system using newest drawing and production run smoothly when recieve changing from Japan side. + Control BOM list in SAP system, making new BOM list for new project and new product. + Using solidworks and Autocad to design JIG.
