Liaise with forwarders to fix the documents need for importing & exporting, opening LC (if any-import) counting for packaging, booking container, chasing the loading cargoes into container, receiving BL from carrier/shipping agent, buy insurance for cargoes, send document (Contract, invoice, packing list, CO/CQ,… to oversee customer until they inform that cargoes received. Ф Report to Operating Director weekly and suggest the new solution, process to the Board of leader. Prominent Achievement: Set up an effective Procurement Department. Beside, I’m also a founder members with a new project of Natural rubber for Exporting with Karta JSC. I’m in charge of preparing database, website, input, recruiting and technique controller.
